Boondocks!

For work they gave us some appreciation. The district hooked up with Boondocks and if you were a Davis County School District employee got free admission with an Ultimate pass. This includes laser tag, mini golf, bumper boats, batting cages, kiddie cove, go-karts, slick track and rookie go carts and a fun card that had $5 on it to spend in the arcade. It also gave a 20% discount to my family. So dad took the day off work and we went at about 10am to play the day away. So it was my mom and dad, Karen, Lindsay(for a while) Daniel, me, Madison, Carter, McKinley and then Rollan and Sam came at about 5.

Oh my gosh we had so much fun! This was our favorite...we rode it over and over and over and over.... That's what we were #1...woot woot!

Here's Raurrgh showing his Grrr face! And Daniel, there's really no explaining him And they're off! Away we go! Go Grandma and Madison! And it's a fight around the bend... Kinney was left in the dust...Boondocks really isn't that much fun if you are under the age of 3 Carter really wanted to go on the bumper boats, even though it was over cast so we didn't warm up all to quickly Get him! I love it that they have matching mischievous grins Grandpa and Kinney hanging out! Where'd she go?! So sweet! This was the rookie slick track and we convinced (told) Madison to go on it. She didn't want to drive by herself. She's a little nervous But see...mom and dad were right...she could do it...and look at her go! After a while it was on to the great sport of miniature golfing! keep your arms straight and eye on the ball. Yes, yes you do see correctly, that is Randy Julander carry a golf club!

Shocking! I know! Now it's Grandma's turn And Carter was our expert....basically you dodged when it was his turn at bat! And of course Daniel...the pro! We were right next to the train track...it was pretty loud but the kids thought it was cool! Yes the signs say don't go beyond the signs, and yes Rollan is behind the signs, but he was making sure it went in so we could get a picture of the fire that blows out the top of its head....and no we couldn't get a picture of it, it was too quick! :( Next it was on to the arcade to spend our $5 each! To see my parents doing this was hilarious... This was Kinney's favorite! Around and round we go! This was another big hit. Everyone had to try it first up Madison and Raurrgh Then Carter and Sam And Grandpa and Grandma Karen and I got hooked on dancing and yes I kicked her butt! :) It was such a fun and long day we left at about 11pm completely exhausted!

Until the next post....
